Warrior’s Church of Healing- Pre-Ceremony Dieta

The following “dieta” is designed to prepare your body to receive the sacrament. This preparation sets up the appropriate gut biome and significantly enhances the metabolization of the medicine. The sacrament utilizes the metabolization and absorption of serotonin. As 80% of the serotonin produced by the human body is produced in the gastro-intestinal tract, it is crucial to approach Ceremony with a healthy gut.

Although the dieta is entirely voluntary, it is highly recommended to follow it to the best of your ability in order to get the most from the sacrament and the Ceremony.
