Pre-Ceremony Dieta
The following “dieta” is a temporary diet, pharmacological guide & behavioral alteration designed to prepare your body & mind to receive the sacred sacraments. The Dieta addresses contraindicated medications, sets up the appropriate gut biome & significantly enhances the metabolization of the medicine, & thereby the participant's overall experience. The sacrament utilizes the metabolization & absorption of serotonin. As 80% of the serotonin produced in the human body is produced in the gastro-intestinal tract, it is crucial to approach Ceremony with a healthy gut.
Although the Dieta is entirely voluntary, it is highly recommended to follow it to the best of your ability in order to get the most from the sacred sacrament & the Ceremony.
